We process online orders within 1-2 business days and ship them to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking when your order has shipped! We currently ship within the United States and do not ship internationally.


We hope you love your items from Betty & Jane Boutique! However, we recognize that your order might not be precisely what you were looking for. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit for regular-priced items (unwashed, unworn, with receipt and original tags attached) within 14 days of the original purchase. We do our best to source quality items, but if for some reason, the item does not meet your quality standards, let us know and we will make it right.

Please note that all sale merchandise, formalwear, bathing suits/bodysuits, hair accessories, items sold at pop-up markets, gift cards, and goods from local vendors are considered final sale.

Online Returns

If you would like to return items purchased online, please mail them back within 14 days (postmark date) of delivery for exchange or store credit. There is no restocking fee, but we will not refund shipping costs. If you choose to receive store credit, that amount will be for the item(s) purchased only.

If an item has been worn, washed, or the tags have been pulled, we will not be able to accept it for return and we will send it back to you. Please include the receipt with your return.

To exchange an item online, please email us at to let us know what item you would like to exchange your original purchase for. We will issue you a store credit to use for that new item, and ship it out as soon as we receive and inspect your original purchase.
